RETURNS
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to do so. Send us the following information to our email info@sun-fold.com requesting the return:
- Order date.
- Reception date.
- Customer name.
- Order address.
- Products to return.
If it is all merchandise purchased and sent by courier, the original shipping costs will also be reimbursed (the return shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer). This must be done within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Our courier company will send you an email with your tracking once your order has been prepared and removed from the warehouse. When you receive it, you can track it through the web.
If you have created an account when placing your order, you will also be able to see the tracking from the web.
If your tracking does not work, do not worry, keep in mind that the courier takes a few hours to enter your tracking in the system and that it only ships on working days.
* For deliveries outside the European Union or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs expenses at destination or other taxes (tariffs) are not included, if there are any, the recipient will be responsible for them, as well as being responsible of all import expenses and taxes generated at the destination customs office, whether or not the merchandise is delivered to you. We will try to ship the order in the shortest possible time, but the recipient must take into account the provisions of the country of destination for the importation of the items ordered, since Sunfold has no responsibility for them. The effects produced by strikes, armed conflicts or other circumstances beyond its control will not be attributable to Sunfold either. Sunfold will not be responsible for delays in customs clearance, or if local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in a shipment.
